We encourage all prospective clients to have a phone call with us prior to the beginning of the planning process. We highly suggest that clients do not book any international flights before their safari is booked and confirmed.
Potential guests should please complete the Safari Planner for a tailored safari. We highly suggest that prospective clients plan and book their trip at least 6 months prior to arrival date to avoid disappointment.
We will work on a proposed itinerary and proposal and may reach out to the prospective client via WhatsApp, text message or phone call should we have additional questions.
We will follow up with our prospective client after the proposal is sent to answer any questions they may have or to adjust accommodation preferences or other changes they would like to make.
After the proposal is accepted and all changes if any are made, we will start the provisional lodge booking process. This might take 7 to 10 days to complete.
We will invoice the prospective clients 25% of the tour cost to pay deposits at the various lodges and remind our client for the outstanding 75% 60 days prior to arrival.
We will schedule a call with our client to answer any questions and share contact details for their guide and send them a suggested packing list for their trip.
